Dec 18, 2011: I have made a patch to integrate Gem5 and DRAMsim2. Both SE and FS modes now have a detailed DRAM memory system model. The patch can be downloaded from here.

Sep 1, 2011: I finally got my first Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D., a.k.a. permanent head damage) degree throughout my life. Besides Prof. Yuan Xie, I gratefully thank Dr. Norm Jouppi for his help and guidance.

Jul 27, 2010: Cong Xu and I release the beta version of NVSim, which is a circuit simulator for non-volatile memory chips including NAND flash, PCRAM, STT-RAM, and memristor. The tool is available upon request for academic use only. (more details)

Jun 17, 2010: I win the bronze medal from ACM Student Research Competition at DAC and get a chance to compete the SRC grand final against with the winners from other ACM SIGs. (here)
