I am a Ph.D candidate in Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Penn State University. My research interests are Low power and reliable VLSI Design, EDA tools and computer architecture for Three-dimensional (3D) IC design at the MDL group with Prof. Yuan Xie. Prior to Penn State, I received BS and MS degrees from Electronics Engineering Department and Institute of Microelectronics, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China in 2002 and 2005, respectively.
