I am a Ph.D candidate in Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Penn State University. My research is 3D EDA and 3D architecture at the MDL group with Prof. Yuan Xie. Prior to Penn State, I received BS and MS degrees from Electronics Engineering Department and Institute of Microelectronics, Tsinghua University, Beijing, China in 2002 and 2005, respectively.
