Course description:
In this course we will
examine research issues and recent progress in ``Vision Interfaces'', i.e.
both robotic and human-computer systems where computer
vision is used for ``closing the loop'' with an uncertain and changing
environment. The topics will be multi-disciplinary, but the underlying
common theme will be motion:

motion estimation

motion recognition
-
motion interpretation
-
motion control
-
motion planning
The course grade
will be based upon class participation including at least one paper presentation.
