General Information

CSE 530 is the first computer architecture course offered at the graduate level at Penn State. It has a prerequisite of a senior level undergraduate course in computer architecture (e.g., one using P&H: Computer Organization and Design). It is a prerequisite to other graduate level courses in computer architecture (e.g., parallel processors and processing, multiprocessor architectures, and fault tolerant systems).
