NSF NeTS: Interprovider dynamics for neutral and non-neutral networks

We studied different models of the Internet economy, particularly those involving content providers, Internet access providers (ISPs) and subscribers.  The models included pricing dynamics, competition between like and different providers, network-neutral behavior on the part of the ISPs, service differentiation, and end-user behavior.
