To access CSE machines, you need an CSE account. 
Your CSE UserName would be the same as your PSU UserName.

Your initial password is set to be their 9 digit PSU ID Number
concatenated with 'Cse'.

For example, if your PSU ID Number is 999999999, then your initial
password is set to:

999999999Cse

Once you log in, you will be forced to change your CSE password.  The
requirements for CSE passwords are that they must be a minimum of 12
characters, not contain your Name or UserName, and contain 3 of the
following 4:

Upper Case Letter
Lower Case Letter
Digit
Special Character
