Overview I am particularly interested in data mining and machine learning of user generated data, such as heterogeneous social networks, social actions and social texts. The goal is to leverage the knowledge discovered from user data to improve information retrieval and ranking. More can be found in My CV. I have worked on topics including: user community discovery, ranking and co-ranking, graph fusion for recommendations, user click-through mining, and temporal document topic detection.
