Core Functionality

Better label inferencing for argument labels and implicit flow labels

Make the PC Label View to be more helpful

Constraints View -- double-clicking on a variable with implicit label when the solver for that method has broken will result in a window saying "variable == {*!:}", even though running the solver might give a label to that variable (that doesn't intersect with the error).

Better error tracing

UI Fixes

Some textboxes begin too small and the window needs to be resized before we can type in it

Quickfixes should be accessible by clicking on the marker beside the text, rather than on the marker in the "problems" window
