Technical Reports - published by the PSU CSE since 2008. If downloadable versions of Technical Reports are not available, printed copies may be requested from the publication administrator (kpeters@cse.psu.edu).

Please note that the Technical Report number may not correspond to the actual month and year publishing date - check the preceding or following year if the Technical Report does not appear in the numbered year listing.

If you are currently writing a Technical Report, please contact Kathy Peters, x5.9235, kpeters@cse.psu.edu for a Technical Report Number before submitting your publication - do not use an arbitrarily large number; TR Numbers are often preassigned to other TRs in progress.  All Technical Reports must reference the TR number after authors names.

Publication Submission - CSE members within PSU can add publications to the site by mailing a copy in pdf format to the publication administrator (kpeters@cse.psu.edu ).
