Biography:

Sencun Zhu received the B.S. degree in precision instruments from Tsinghua University, Beijing, China, in 1996 and the M.S. degree in signal processing from the University of Science and Technology of China, Graduate School at Beijing, in 1999. He received the Ph.D. degree in information technology from George Mason University in 2004. His research interests include network and systems security with focuses on ad-hoc and sensor network security, P2P security, cellphone security, and software security. His research has been funded by NSF and ARO, and he was a recipient of the NSF CAREER Award in 2007. He was a technical program committee member for conferences such as ACM CCS, Infocom, ESORICS, WiSec, and ICDCS.  He was a treasurer for ACM CCS and AsiaCCS.  He served as a guest editor for the Ad Hoc Network Journal.
