Matthew Cotter

Biography:

I have been enrolled in the Graduate Program at the College of Engineering at Penn State since the Fall of 2009.  I completed entrance into the PhD program in the Fall of 2011.  My primary research interests are focused on the applications and uses for emerging devices, such as TFETs, in future VLSI systems, particularly in the field of neuromorphic and biological hardware.

 

I completed my undergraduate work also here at Penn State and received a B.S. in Computer Engineering in December of 2008.
