Registration to IEEE MASS entitles you to attend a workshop and the main conference, and the received the proceedings of all workshops and the main conference on a CD.  There are no separate registrations for the workshops.  To register, please fill out the attached form and follow the instructions printed on it.  Please note that a full registration must be paid for all accepted paper for them to be included in the proceedings, and that early registration ends on August 29.
