Dr. Chita R. Das is a professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering.
His primary research interests include computer architecture, parallel and distributed computing, clusters, interconnnection networks, processor management in multiprocessors, Internet QoS, mobile computing, performance evaluation and fault-tolerant computing. He is associated with the High Performance Computing Laboratory.
